Volunteer Packet

All volunteers (new and returning) are required to fill out a packet that contains a few short forms before they are able to begin volunteering at CVE.  Please click on the below button to access the 2024-2025 volunteer packet.  You may submit a printed version of the packet to the CVE office or email an electronic version to daleyculberson@walkerschools.org.  Blank copies of the packet are available to complete before your first volunteer shift if you are unable to complete the volunteer packet at home.  We appreciate your cooperation!
